Thank you for visiting the Cafesjian Art Trust website and reviewing our Privacy Statement. The Cafesjian Art Trust (CAT, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the personal information we collect in connection with your use of this Website (“Site”).

NPI is used for the operation of the site, to maintain the quality of our services, and to provide general statistics regarding the use of the site.

PII is used by the CAT to provide you with information about CAT activities. This includes programs, exhibits, special events, and opportunities that we believe might be of interest to you. We also use your PII to show appreciation for your participation with the CAT. Commercial Use photography is defined by the CAT as any photograph or video which will be used as part of the promotion of any products, services, or the CAT itself at any time in the future. This may include print or digital advertisements, books, documentaries, social media, or other uses. Any photography or videography created by the CAT is the sole property of the CAT and may be considered for Commercial Use at their sole discretion. This photography and videography may be used for the promotion of the CAT, social media, website, and other uses. Any images created by the CAT of guests, exhibits, or events either at the CAT Museum or at an event sponsored by the CAT Museum may be used for its commercial purposes at its sole discretion.
